REGISTERED NURSE - RN - CORRECTIONAL FACILITY TEMP TO PERM CareerStaff Unlimited is looking to hire an experienced RN for a correctional facility in Springville, AL! Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of recent corrections experience, a strong focus on patient care, and feel confident in evaluations and working with a multi-disciplinary team.
This role offers 36 guaranteed hours weekly over a 14-week duration.
Candidates must be committed to going perm at the facility once the contract is over.
In addition to our standard benefits, our LPN professionals are preferred in a number of facilities and hospitals in the area.

Provide a basic level of general nursing care to forensic clients, patients and inmates with mental, emotional, or developmental disabilities Provide care under the clinical direction of a registered nurse or physician The ability to easily integrate into new settings Knowledge of various computer systems A desire to expand nursing skill set or varied experience JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REGISTERED NURSE:
1 year of corrections experience Must be eligible to work in the United States BLS (Basic Life Support) issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Active LPN license in Alabama Must be committed to going perm at the facility once the contract is over.
