The General Manager is the leader of the restaurant and responsible for leading a team of 15-30 team members. The general manager is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to their team to create a positive culture and maintain high team morale. This includes:

Qualifications:

- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact with others

- Previous management experience required
- nt
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- nt
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Successful completion of background check

Capability Requirements:

Salary:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
